Training, matches and the changing rooms are located at: Abbotts Close, Greytree, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 7GQ.
All training sessions occur here unless our pitches are frozen, flooded or waterlogged.
Mens: Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. Matches are on Saturday afternoons, usually with a 2:30pm or 3:00pm kick off time, depending on daylight saving. The playing season runs from August to April.
Ladies: Training is on Monday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:00pm with extra fitness sessions arranged as and when. Tournaments are played on Sunday afternoon which consist of approximately six 14 minute games. The playing season runs from September to April.
Juniors: Training takes place on a Sunday morning starting at 10:00am. The duration is dependent on age group and RFU training guidelines. Extra training sessions are arranged midweek again depending on RFU guidelines. The playing season runs from September to April.
Teams are selected prior to match day and involves a conversation between the coaches and managers of the relevant sections. All considerations are taken into account with training and attendance given the highest priority.
Club membership renewal falls on the 1st September each year when we hold a registration and family fun day at Greytree. Each section will be represented and you can download the registration forms by clicking on the buttons below:
We are happy for you to pitch up and play a few ‘taster’ sessions before we expect you to join as a member.
Charges are as follows:
Mens: £40.00 annual subs with £4.00 match day subs
Ladies: £40.00 annual membership
Juniors: £35.00 for first child, £35.00 for subsequent siblings

When the pitches are unplayable then we have a few options available. Firstly we have the use of an indoor facility located at Townsend Farm, Brampton Abbotts, Ross,on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7JE. Secondly we have access to facilities at John Kyrle high school, depending on arrangements.
Until our community room has been built, the following arrangements have been made:
Mens – The Drop Inn, Station street, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 7AG.
Ladies – Greytree, following tournament.
Juniors – The Plough, Over Ross street, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 7AS.
We have a disciplinary panel as part of the executive committee and will deal fast and effectively
with any matters arriving that may bring the club into disrepute.
